There are no known issues on any of the SoldierNET sites, the upstream ISPs, nor the account management services.

Redford Barracks - Bld 80 North Flat 5/2

The wireless device in this location was reset to factory defaults by someone, causing a loss of service. This has now been reconfigured and service restored. Please do no interfere with equipment.

Traffic loss at O2/telefonica affecting some sites

A fault has been identified resulting in considerable packet loss between 2 Tier 1 UK ISPs MCI/Verizon Business (alter.net) and 02 (telefonica-wholesale.net). Traffic from some SoldierNET locations is being affected.

In particular this has badly affected gaming at Redford barracks for some users and new logins at Beacon Barracks in Stafford. This is being investigated by O2 but no expected resolution date has been given.
